NEW ZEALAND - WELLINGTON - Our Operations team has a great opportunity for a driven and committed website professional to take leadership of the evolution of our new travel trade website www.newzealand.com/travel/trade.

The ideal person will have a great understanding of all things IT and web, and possess sound online marketing experience. He/she will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The need to be able to get the best out of people, through superior supplier management skills and by developing positive relationships within the trade team, is essential for this role. He/she will also be able to demonstrate proven project management skills and online training experience.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for managing the strategic development of the travel trade website as well as contributing to the Trade Marketing Strategy and ensuring the website is aligned with this. Responsibilities also include assisting key travel trade partners in the development of content and imagery on their websites to support Tourism New Zealand’s marketing messages and directing future training module development. Providing support and training for both onshore and offshore trade teams on content management and backend administration is also a key component of the role.
