MONTREAL - With the many dining options in this wonderful city, it’s often not worth your while to visit the same establishment twice, unless there’s something special enough to draw you back. At Cucina it's simple, their wood-oven pizzas and pasta primavera have had people's taste buds salivating for over 20 years.
Cucina's interior is just as fresh as the ingredients used in the food. Bright apple green is used both indoors and out. The ceilings are high and the space is large and airy. The large bay windows let in copious amounts of sunshine that make this place literally light up for lunch time.
The special spotlight in today’s review goes to the Parisian: a pizza with the perfect flavour palette. I have a thing for balanced sweet and salty combos, and this brie/apple pizza struck just the right note.
I hope that by now you (yes, you) and I have developed a relationship of trust. I hope that somewhere in your subconscious my restaurant reviews guide your eating habits. Okay, maybe that’s pushing it a little, so instead, I implore you to try the Parisian at Cucina.
