Port St Charles is an exclusive residential community located just north of Speightstown, in the parish of St. Peter. This high end marina offers 1,2 and 3 bedroom villas that are both for sale or rental. Some of the villas are located directly on the beach. Residents and guests at Port St Charles have access to 2 tennis courts (that include lights), a small gym, the yacht club, beach access, office space if required and an experienced team to handle all your needs.

- offers all day dining and bar service in an open air setting with friendly service and a panoramic view of the PSC beaches, West Coast and yachts at berth. Deck loungers are provided on the deck for sunning and a staircase into the sea complements the heated pool for swimming.
- Sunset Island
- Our Sunset Island is a picturesque island with a swimming pool for the use of owners and residents. A great place to meet your friends relax and watch the sun set on an evening.
- Hair Dressing and Beauty Salon
- A salon offering cuts, colour and styling for ladies and gents as well as manicure, pedicure, facials, massages and waxing are all offered as well. Book early to look your best!
- Exercise Room
- A fully equipped, air-conditioned exercise room is available for the use of residents and guests. Cardio-vascular equipment, weight machines and free weights are offered. The room is open 24 hours a day. Personal trainers available on request.
- Tennis Courts
- There are two flood-lit tennis courts, located at the south end of the property. There is no charge for the use of the courts. A limited number of Raquets are available for loan and there are balls for sale. Bookings are necessary.

Great place to live
A fantastic villa community where I lived for 2 years. The staff at Port St Charles is very friendly; they were truly representative of how locals are in Barbados. This marina development includes all the luxuries we’re accustom too of in North America such as high speed internet, satellite TV, security, with the added bonus of being close to the beach, access to a small gym, tennis courts, a yacht club etc..
It’s usually pretty quiet here which is perfect for those seeking to get away from an intense work schedule. Even though I wished daily for a girls gone wild group of tourists to stay at Port St Charles I quickly learnt that this isn’t the place for it lol I suppose that’s what Cancun is for right?
They offer both long term and weekly rentals so if you were ever thinking of living in the Caribbean during the winter or for business, I would recommend Port St Charles.
