Rival Enterprises Limited is a property management company which has 15 one bedroom apartments, 6 two bedroom villas and 4 three bedroom villas available for guests to rent. The properties are owned by different individuals and as a result are all totally unique. Some of the bedrooms in the villas may benefit from en suite bathrooms whereas others may have two bedrooms and one bathroom. The properties all have kitchens, outdoor patios and gardens although sizes do vary. In addition, all units have cable television although some have a larger choice of channels than others. A number of units have internet access and guests are able to surf the web for a fee at the office. A maid service is available once a week but guests can pay an additional supplement for a more regular service.
All of the properties are located in Sunset Crest, a well maintained neighbourhood in the heart of Holetown, St James. The properties are within walking distance of the beach, a private pool at The Beach House, a gym, numerous shops, a supermarket, a medical centre, restaurants, banks and a dive shop. Tennis courts are also within walking distance and are available for hire for a fee.

A clean, spacious and affordable property.
Sunset Crest Apartments and Villas is the ideal place to stay if you’re on a budget. I viewed some of the larger properties in mid February 2009 as well as the lovely communal pool area. The interior and exterior of the properties vary as they’re owned by different individuals. One of the two bedroom properties that I viewed had a beautiful garden filled with golden palms, a few coconut trees, a large traveller’s palm and a pretty mango tree which is apparently very popular with the monkeys!
The properties are fairly basic and some of them are slightly more modern than others. However, they are all clean, extremely spacious and are fantastic value for money. The properties are within walking distance of the beach and the neighbourhood is clean and safe. There are lots of restaurants for those who like to eat out and lively 2nd street is about 15 minutes walk away depending on which property you stay in. If you’re not a fan of eating out or you fancy a bit of home cooking, there’s a well stocked supermarket nearby. The staff at Sunset Crest Apartments and Villas are friendly and helpful and a mere phone call away should you need their assistance.
