The villa is located just three miles from the main town of Lahaina, providing convenient access to the shops, restaurants and activities along with the privacy of its quiet mountain setting.
With interior and exterior square footage totaling 1,350, Sunset Vista provides plenty of space for a family or two couples to spread out and relax. The décor is comfortable and decidedly Hawaiian, using warm woods and tropical details throughout. All of the living area is located on the top (first) floor, including the Master suite including tub and shower. Enjoy strictly high-end amenities like home theatre system, 2 plasma TVs, free wireless Internet and an iPod docking station.
Also upstairs, gorgeous ocean and mountain views from the elevated, covered verandah provide the perfect backdrop for scenic alfresco dining or evening Jacuzzi sessions.
Down below, on the ground level there is covered parking and a laundry area.
Please note that there is also a 4 bedroom villa, Garuda Estate, located on the property that can be rented in tandem to house parties of up to 14 guests.
