(Montreal - Nightlife) Basement Bonanza!This is a terrific bar for those who enjoy a great tasting beer and live music. The three floors offer a little something for all walks of life. The main level is where all the action is and prime location to take in a band. The upstairs offers a quieter environment for those who wish to converse without having to yell at each other and can still hear the live band in the background (I’d be willing to bet that a common topic for conversation is the interesting artwork that changes from week to week in the upstairs lounge area). My favorite spot in this bar however, is by far the basement. I’m not sure if it is the cool music or the feeling of being in my parents basement with a sweet tasting micro-brewed beer…but I always find myself enjoying an evening laying on the couches in this more tranquil setting! (Montreal - Restaurants) m:brger is mmmmmouthwatering goodness!!!This is a fantastic burger joint, if not THE burger joint of Montreal. Quebec is famous for their steamed hot dog restaurants (casse-croutes), but a good burger has always been hard to find…until now! m:brgr is a delightully decorated restaurant located in the heart of Montreal. The friendly and quick service make for a more than enjoyable experience with mouthwatering dishes! I personally prefer to stick to the burgers, but for the vegetarians there is a delicious dish of macaroni and cheese that I am told is unbeatable! TasteCreativityAtmosphereValueService

Love their beers and the service is great here too....I'm always done for beers in your parents basement :)
