Soup, Sandwich, Satisfaction

Yum. If this is a word you want to say after your meal, look no further then Santropol. No matter who you are, what you do for a living, or what your political views are; when you walk through the front door, you will turn into a tree-hugging, peace-sign wearing, granola eating hippy. The atmosphere is comfortably earthy and the staff are friendly and so darn cool. I started with a yummy butternut squash soup that was so good, I was hoping my husband would just order his own instead of dipping his bread into mine. I followed up with the tuna salad sandwich..sounds boring right?..How wrong you are! Layered with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers, pickles and enveloped in the most deliciously fresh brown bread I have ever eaten …this thing was huge. I could barely finish one half..so obviously the second half became my lunch for the next day. I almost didn’t make it to the next day. Please go here and bring someone who has never been. When you walk through the door, act like you are the coolest human on the planet cause you will be once your meal is over. (at least in their eyes…;)
