The lunch menu includes a soup of the day, salad bar, main course, coffee and dessert - it is perfect for guests seeking a quality meal in a charming atmosphere. The evening menu offers a selection of at least seven main courses and includes a soup or salad, coffee and dessert. Appetizers and a wonderful selection of Quebec cheeses are also available to add. Each menu changes in accordance with the seasons, market availability and the inspirations of Chef Pellerin.
An additional New France menu is available at all times except Saturday evenings. Patrons may find it difficult to choose a main course from the large selection of traditional beer-based meals, as well as a nice selection of soups, appetizers and salads.
