The young owner and chef of the restaurant Carte Blanche, André Loiseau, greets you with genuine fine cuisine, made with the freshest local produces. The Journal de Montreal referred to la Carte Blanche as a “Nice revelation” (feb 07) for its elegant and sophisticated design (candidate for best commercial design 2006), for its attentive and courteous service and its reasonable prices. Carte Blanche was also the winner of the 2008 “Ulysse Grand Prix du Tourisme” awarded by Tourisme Montréal.

Regular menu and weekly table d’hôte. The wine list offers a meticulous and harmonious selection of private imports and SAQ wines, perfect match to all the dishes.

The opening bay window on the front of the building enhances the experience during the summer season. The Carte Blanche is also often selected as a comfortable spot for business lunches. As for groups (Sundays & Mondays can be booked on demand), the chef is available to tailor any menu according to your requirements.
