Flowing curves, swimming pool and lots of luxurious space...Aqua Villa is full of light and space with multiple living areas, gourmet kitchen and much more to enjoy on holiday in Mexico. Aqua Villa has a privileged location. It is just few minutes walking distance to the beach and is also very close to downtown Playa del Carmen. A relaxing 10-15 minute walk will take you to “La 5ta Ave.”, the heart of playa where you will find shopping, dinning and entertainment.
Perched at the end of the street with its massive half turret and cubist pop-art exterior, Aqua is more like a modern castle than a villa, complete with a moat-like swimming pool and wide lawn on its garden side.
A wide front door swings open to its great room, an expansive area that creates the illusion of being outdoors by means of its interior garden, high ceiling and curved glass wall. Windows cover the entire side of the room. The dining room has its own set of ceiling-to-floor windows and a dining table that sits up to 10 people.

Close to town, a fantastic villa for large groups who want luxury.
I’ve seen enough villas to know when one of them stands out from the others; Villa Aqua is one of those. Playa Del Carmen has quickly become a top international destination and demand for large, quality private villas is there but few fail to meet expectations.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have had dinner here a few times; I haven’t slept over but know it pretty well. The owners are very, very friendly and a pleasure to work with which makes a huge difference. The property is very well maintained and serves as the owners home when guests haven’t booked it. Villa Aqua is operated almost like a small hotel. Each bedroom includes bottles of water, clear options for dialing out, dry cleaning services is needed, etc.
Most villas located this close to Playa Del Carmen don’t have large pools or very private back yards; this villa has all of this. The only major draw back is that it’s not on the beach but for some people this is ok….not everyone loves the beach as much as I do. You can walk to the beach though, if I remember correctly it’s about a good 20 min walk. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to this stuff so I would just drive over to the beach.
If you’re looking for a high end, private villa in a destination that currently doesn’t have many large and nice villas, Villa Aqua is your place. Oh, did I mention that they have a squash court in case you feel the urge to play at 4 am after pounding back tequila shots with your buddies? Ya, they do :)

Although Villa Aqua is not beachfront, it definitely offers the best service in all of Playa and is only a 9 minute walk right into Playa’s main district, 5th avenue.

Luxury, design, location and first class service.
Villa Aqua is one the premiere rental properties in Playa Del Carmen Mexico. If superb style, interior decor and first class service is what you seek then Villa Aqua is an amazing value. The location is also a huge benefit only 10 – 15 min walk from the beach and beach clubs or 15 – 20 minute walk from city center Playa Del Carmen with night clubs, restaurants and shopping.
Last but not least the friendly staff will cater to your every need. The villa has its own private pool, jacuzzi, squash court and most modern amenities that you could think of. For the avid villa traveler Villa Aqua cannot be beat in terms of value for your $$$.
