Byblos is located on 14th Street, just north of 5th Avenue, south of 10th Avenue. If you’re looking for excellent French cuisine, chef and owner Silvie Goetz invites you to try Byblos. The menu includes foie gras, risotto, escargot as well as the classic French onion soup. It’s a small restaurant tucked away on one of Playa Del Carmen’s side streets which makes for a quieter, more romantic atmosphere. This restaurant is known locally to be one of the better restaurants in Playa Del Carmen so you may want to book ahead of time.
