(CLOSED) El Bistro is located on 5th Avenue, just north of 22nd street in Playa Del Carmen. Chef Jorge Hidalgo, originally from Veracruz, México, mixes the cooking heritage of his homeland with his experience in International Cruises and hotels to create the dishes in El Bistro. This fusion has been shaped into the breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, using mainly local ingredients combined with other select products to give a unique touch of modern gastronomy. The menu is updated frequently to offer a wide variety of tastes and experiences. All dishes are made fresh and the kitchen is flexible towards our clients with special dietary needs or particular tastes.
