Chef Stephane Mazieres is a culinary artist who is known for his accomplished cuisine which is a masterful blend of French and Creole culinary influences. Theme luncheons and dinners
On Tuesdays, we suggest the Fish Market for dinner. This is an opportunity to discover the local fare and to enjoy the catch of the day grilled “a la plancha” in front of you. On Sundays, the famous "Brunch du Toiny" offers you a culinary experience, that has long since become an institution on the island. For particular requests, feel free to speak with our Chef as he will be happy to accommodate you.
