Tried and true favourite thrill rides and coasters return, ready to do what they do best; make you scream. The daring may want to be lifted 23 stories high and then dropped at 100 kilometres per hour aboard Drop Tower. Not to be outdone by Vortex, Canada's first suspended roller coaster, the intense corkscrew design of The Bat, Skyrider's shark curves and side-winding helix (standing up of course), Dragon Fire's two 360-degree loops, the trek through Wonder Mountain aboard Thunder Run and let's not forget the coaster that lives up to its name, The Mighty Canadian Minebuster, the largest and longest wooden coaster in Canada.
Family Attractions: Where do we begin? Hanna-Barbera Land is a trip back to every childhood when Fred Flintstone ruled the lunch hour while KidZville features numerous attractions including Taxi Jam, a roller coaster parents and kids can ride together, and Chopper Chase, a monorail ride. Catch planes, trains and rocket ships in Zoom Zone, where the sky's the limit aboard Jumpin' Jet, while Silver Streak, Canada's first junior inverted coaster with a helix will delight young thrill seekers who will dive, wind and swoop through its suspended, zigzagged track. A Kid for a Day
I have so many great things to say about Canada’s Wonderland…I love it I love it I love it. As soon as you walk into the the big gates and see the rides and games all you want to do is play. At my age now, being 25 that is a hard thing to come by! But trust me go and check out this magical place. It is like you are at Walt Disney again and all you are missing is Mickey Mouse and Cinderella!
