The media room enjoys eight reclining leather theatre seats with Mark Levinson equipment, a 10ft masking screen, padded acoustics, storage for 300 DVDs and 100 tapes.
Every thought has been put into this outstanding property. There are four solar panels, a full irrigation system, two satellite dishes, a desalination plant and a back up power generator. Fully air conditioned with category 5 networking throughout villa, several intercom systems hooked up to gated entrance and front door.
Master Bedroom The penthouse master suite boasts a Cypress 16' ceiling, 70" flat screen TV with Tivo, king size bed, two full size sofas, large walk in dressing room and a master bathroom with a honey onyx Jacuzzi, two showers with a total of 14 shower heads, all cabinetry is solid mahogany with a light cherry stain.
There is a commanding view off the full length balcony of the turquoise ocean, reefs, beach and Grace Bay. There is also a work desk with printer and Cat 5 100 BaseT RJ45 network & Internet connection.
Main Guest Bedroom The master suite and guest suites are accessed via the orchid room which features a prism dome. The guest suites (Champagne room and Blue room) enjoy panoramic ocean views and luxury en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom includes: AC & ceiling fan - cable TV – hair dryer - desk or sitting area - private balcony - 400 thread count linens - about 500 square feet each.

My Stargazer villa review
The owner gave me a tour of Stargazer a few years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday. There’s been a lot of new developments on Turks and Caicos over the last few years but only a handful of large luxury villas are available for rent….Stargazer is one of them.
I liked how the pool overlooked the ocean and the private garden in front of the villa was cool too. You can walk down to almost a cave like setting where you could be 100% immersed with nature, tough to find on a dry island like this one.
The gym was small (which is the case with most villas) but having access to a dance / yoga studio was a plus. The villa is spread out nicely, it’s not very dense so you feel like you have some space to walk around without worrying if your neighbors can see you tan naked or whatever you like to do while vacationing :)
If you’re looking for a large beachfront villa on Turks and Caicos, this is probably going to be your best until an even larger, beachfront villa comes onto the market. Knowing Turks, it’ll probably happen sooner rather then later.

Stargazer is a well run, well maintained beachfront property. It commands an exciting location with amazing view of the turquoise waters, Looking to impress – Stargazer is the place. Great place to watch the Super Bowl. One of the few villas on the island that includes the service of a chef.
