One of the most talked about restaurants in Vancouver, FigMint's contemporary inspired design includes three distinctive areas showcasing cuisine built from European standards, using the freshest local ingredients.
We wanted to create a restaurant in Vancouver that would offer guests a variety of different dining experiences, with elements of style that would support the menus built for each area.
The sleek dining and drinking area created by Evoke International Design complimented by the upholstered banquettes with stripe fabric from Paul Smith and crinkle-paper lampshades by Frank Gehry is über-modern and inviting. It is the perfect setting in which to showcase the artistry from Chef Peckham’s brigade.. When it comes to FigMint's menu, it is more than just a meal to be consumed, but an event to be experienced.
FigMint's design displays the impressive use of clean lines and attention to detail in a space that has one of the most spectacular cityscape views in Vancouver. Design features that represent this approach include the colossal white quartz bar in the Lounge, the warm, relaxed textures in our Middle Room and the custom booths in the Dining Room that line the windows on West 12th & Cambie Street overlooking downtown Vancouver. FigMint's restaurant space has been designed with a style of functionality with three distinct areas offering a variety of menus to suit the style of dining for each room.
